Scope & expectations
Our service is designed to deliver a complete clean within a clearly defined scope. That means cleaning all accessible areas within the home, working within the scheduled visit, and focusing on overall consistency rather than isolated deep-detail requests.
We do not clean indefinitely or beyond the agreed scope of service. If your home requires significantly more time or detail than indicated in the quote, we will discuss options with you before proceeding. We do not apply additional charges without your approval.
When more time is needed
Some homes require extra attention due to buildup, pet hair, or longer gaps between visits. In those cases we adjust the level of effort and communicate clearly before any change in scope is made.

Preparing for your clean
